- 02Anyone over the age of 18 can participate in our smash therapy sessions without parental consent. Minors can join with parental consent and supervision, depending on the session type. If parents would like to be in the room with the child they have to purchase a session.
- 03No need to bring anything except yourself and a readiness to smash! We provide all safety gear, tools, and items to smash.
- 04Sessions typically last from 20 minutes. The time runs consecutively. Custom times can be arranged for special events or group bookings.
- 05Yes, every participant undergoes a comprehensive safety briefing to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.We provide gloves, and helmets all participants are briefed on safety protocols. Our smash rooms are designed to contain flying debris securely. We have coveralls for rent if you do not have on long sleeves and pants.
- 06Yes, you can bring items to smash, but they must be approved by our staff beforehand to ensure safety and compliance with our guidelines.

- 10Appointments are not refunded, we provide a 5 minute grace period. We encourage you to be at least 10 minutes early.

- 12No, we do not allow refunds. We will allow one reschedule.All bookings are final. No refunds will be issued for: Failure to follow rules Early termination due to safety violations Late arrivals Rescheduling may be available with advance notice.
- 13By signing the waiver, participants acknowledge the inherent risks involved. Minor cuts or scrapes are possible despite protective equipment. In case of emergency, staff will follow proper emergency response procedures.
- 14All standard disposal fees are included in the session price. Additional fees may apply for: Unauthorized items brought in Excessive or intentional property damage outside designated areas Biohazard contamination
- 15Walk-ins are subject to availability. Booking online in advance is strongly recommended.
- 16Yes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for: Safety concerns Aggressive or threatening behavior Non-compliance with staff instructions Suspected intoxication
- 17The facility may capture photographs and/or video recordings of participants for: Promotional materials Social media content Website use Advertising and marketing purposes Participation constitutes consent to being photographed or recorded unless a written opt-out form is submitted prior to your session. Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional materials must: Notify staff before the session begins Complete a written Media Opt-Out Form We will make reasonable efforts to honor opt-out requests.
- 18Deposits are required to hold bookings at 50 percent. remaining Balance can be paid upon arrival. All parties must arrive on time. Your session begins at your scheduled booking time — not arrival time. We do NOT extend or hold party time due to late arrivals. If your group arrives late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.Late arrivals will: Receive the remaining time left in their reserved session Not receive refunds or additional time Not have their session extended .We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to complete waivers and safety briefing.Only paid participants who have signed a waiver and are suited in protective gear may enter the Rage Area. Coveralls ARE not included. Please bring a jacket and wear pants. We have coveralls available for rental 3.99. Guests who are not participating must remain in designated party .Tables are provided for your party setup and guest seating. Decorations are welcome as long as: They do not damage property No glitter or confetti is used unless approved Setup and breakdown stay within your reserved timeNo, food is not provided. However, you are welcome to bring: All food must remain in the designated party area.Alcohol policies must be approved in advance and must comply with local laws. Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol on site.Yes, within reason we can help decorate. No nails, screws, tape on painted walls, or open flames. All decorations must be removed before your scheduled end time. If anyone not following safety instructions will be removed from the Rage Area immediately without refund. Safety is non-negotiable.
